Im not going to review the coffee or pastries because everyone already knows the deal, im here to shed light on this particular Starbucks. Usually the staff is a little disorganized and slow which is why I avoid this location most of the time. The nearby parking is cramped and tight (not their fault but still). The actual coffee is messy and sticky usually with fluid bubbling through the top. Overall its messy in the entire store as well because they get really busy. In my opinion they should hire a new manager or at least reform their work ethic a little bit.

Hands down this is my favorite Starbucks. Even though there is a Starbucks right near my house, I wait until I get into Boca to go to this particular store. I usually stop in for my caffeine fix around 7am during the work week. Even at their busiest, the employees are helpful, considerate & super friendly. There have been quite a few times when I thought they were out of a "protein box" or a certain flavor of a "cake lolly-pop". Each time I asked if they still had it in stock the employee would stop what they were doing & start looking through boxes for me. No matter how long the line is they make "customer satisfaction" their top priority. I really appreciate how helpful they are. That level of customer service is not something I see everyday. I believe the managers name is Janet. She is doing a wonderful job keeping the store clean & neatly organized. And most importantly teaching her staff the importance of great customer service.

Starbucks.... we all know the coffee and we all know the expected quality... but this location tends to forget that part. One question, who is training the staff at this location? Been here a few times in the past (convenient for after dinner coffee right by Brewzzi's) but the drinks were not prepared as good as our regular locations. Finished lunch a couple weeks ago at Brewzzi and was in the mood for a after dinner Starbucks treat and decided to give another try... not good decision on my part. It was horrible... We went back to the register and said it was watery and blah; they offered a replacement but not so surprisingly someone else was asking for their money back. The girl refunded us and gave us a card for a replacement drink to be used at any location. Please re-train your staff and get back on par with other Starbucks. There is a couple of positive points though, this location is large so you never have to worry about finding a chair couch or bench to sit. And something I really like (that is often over-looked), they have plug outlets so you can plug in your laptop and work away.

What can you say about Starbucks Coffee shops...they all look the same! The only thing I can be critical about is the service, and for the service here I have no complaints. It satisfied my caffeine craving, and a my sweet tooth!

It's been a while since I visited a Starbucks other than the one at Linton and 4th but this is the reason I frequent that place vs. any other. My drink was taken wrong and corrected by the barista! I had to wait the longest time I've ever waited at a Starbucks as there was only 1 person in front of me! I was in the store 15 minutes for a caramel frappucino! Simply unbelievable that this was a Starbucks as my drink was sweet enough to be a Dunkin drink. Needless to say I will make it a point to not visit this Starbucks anymore.

Consistently good coffee drinks. I'm here at least a few times a week for the last 5 years. Recently I was grossed out and pleasantly surprised within 3 minutes. I watched a "master " barista (Janet) rub her nose , scratch her head and touch her face multiple times . She was touching people's cups and making drinks and I was close to saying something but before I could another barista (Cira) approached the woman and asked her to be mindful about where her hands were touching. I was so surprised! I've seen worse at restaurants and no one say a thing. Kudos to you Cira!

Expect relatively fast and courteous service and on par Starbucks coffee. This place is very very busy and despite the tides of commuters/students/soccer moms from Suburbia, they are able to handle the large flow of orders in an efficient and accurate manner. I had two orders and was able to get out within 5 minutes. Service was with a smile and thank you.

My experience at this Starbucks was just ok... It took me forever to find parking as it is located in a very popular strip mall near FAU. I didn't have a long wait in line, and the baristas were friendly enough. I did ask for room to be left in my coffee for cream and they forgot to do that. I was in a bit of a rush so I found that to be quite annoying, but oh well. All in all it's a typical Starbucks.

Nice starbucks in that they have outdoor seating and plenty of space inside. I often come to this one to work due to the convenience. It is always very busy however and can get a little messy. I often find myself picking up others peoples leftovers and throwing them away so I can make space to place my drink on a table.

My friend and I went to Starbucks the other day to work on our geometry homework. We sat at our usual table all the way in the back of the store. I know lots of people prefer Dunkin Donuts, but Starbucks is my all time favorite coffee shop. I have tried just about every drink on the menu, and haven't been disappointed yet! The first thing I noticed when walking in that day was that there was a new seasonal drink, the Pumpkin Spice Latte. I had to try it. I can now safely say that the Pumpkin Spice Latte is my new favorite drink at Starbucks. It is the perfect blend of warm delicious coffee, silky whipped cream, and a hint of pumpkin seasoning. This drink was the perfect motivator for something as tedious as geometry. My friend also got the same thing, and she also agrees that the Pumpkin Spice Latte is nothing short of heavenly! Since then, I have been to about four other Starbucks, to get the Pumpkin Spice Latte. I must say that when I went to each different Starbucks, the drink tasted different. The quality of the drink you get is definitely impacted by the barista you have making your drink! Overall, I have to give Starbucks four out of five stars. I love Starbucks, but I wish the drinks would taste the same no matter what location you go to!

I've been to this Starbucks the most during my visit in Boca. I like it because it has ample seating inside and outside and not too obnoxiously loud like other Starbucks. Baristas always seem friendly but the past three times I've gone the one making drinks really didn't call out the names of the drinks when done and people were getting pissed off about that. You would think for the size of this Starbucks, they would have more than one milk/sugar station but they only have one located right next to the handicap accessible station. Poor handicap people getting splashed on by half and half and such.

They are busy as hell at this one the line is alway right to the door every morning and they are kinda slow too!! But snaps to Starbucks for the new blonde roast they have it is AWESOME!!!! As a former barista, I suppose I have ever-so-slightly higher expectations of Starbucks employees than the average customer. Maybe not. But I do know what you're supposed to do, according to corporate office rules, and what you really just SHOULD do, considering you're in the food service industry. We came in tonight and it wasn't like they were slammed with customers. I encountered three employees: a nice girl who was the cashier, another girl who cleaned the bar area with entirely too much bleach, and a surly guy barista who wouldn't make eye contact (anyone else find that a bit disconcerting?). So I ordered my vanilla chai, and waited to pick up my drink. I noticed the guy setting out drinks for people to come retrieve, except he didn't announce which drink was which and just let people fend for themselves. When my drink finally was put out (again, it wasn't busy but this took WAY too long, to the point that I thought they perhaps forgot my order), he just placed the cup on the counter and walked away. I had to turn the cup around to read it to make sure it was mine. If this had happened when I was a barista, someone would've inevitably grabbed someone else's drink and drama that's typical of snobby Boca clientele would've ensued. I walked away from this place thinking that these people just really don't like (or care about) their jobs. I've visited my fair share of Starbucks locations, but this place ranks towards the bottom of the pile. At the very least, the barista could use a quick lesson in customer service... starting with eye contact.

I stopped here to kill some time between meetings. It wasn't the height of the day, but it wasn't empty either. Had trouble finding a clean table. Had the vanilla bean cream frappuccino. It was great.
